Web3 wallets

The game requires users to possess a Web3 wallet. It is utilized to showcase a user's Digital Collections and Crypto Assets. The wallet is a user-friendly interface that establishes a connection between the user and the blockchain through a secret passphrase known as a "seed phrase." This seed phrase consists of 12 randomly generated simple English words.

Contrary to popular belief, the wallet itself does not store any assets. Instead, the seed phrase is a key that grants the blockchain access to the user's assets. This implies that any seed phrase can be imported into any wallet to view a user's assets. Therefore, safeguarding the seed phrase with the highest level of security is of utmost importance. In most cases of hacking or scams in Web3, the compromised element is the user's seed phrase.

The game requires you to install the MetaMask wallet on your browser to perform transactions such as withdrawing or depositing gold.

You need to download and install MetaMask on your device, then create a MetaMask account.

Setting up the Polygon blockchain

Note: Before starting, ensure that you have the MetaMask extension installed in your web browser. If you don't have it, you can download it from the official MetaMask website and set up an account.

If you're setting up MetaMask for the first time, you'll need to create a new wallet. Follow the instructions to set up a password and save the recovery seed phrase in a secure location. If you already have a MetaMask wallet, you can import it using your existing seed phrase or private key

Step 1: Open MetaMask Click on the MetaMask extension icon in your browser's toolbar to open the MetaMask wallet interface.

Step 2: Scroll down the network list and click "Add network" at the bottom.

Step 3: New window will pop up, then click on "Networks" tab.

Step 4: Scroll down to add "Polygon Mainet"

• Network Name: Enter "Polygon mainnet"

• RPC URL: Enter "https://polygon-mainnet.infura.io" as the RPC URL for the Polygon mainnet.

• Chain ID: Enter "137" for the Polygon mainnet.

Step 4: Click on "Approve" and you are all set!

Wallet Connect

Once MetaMask is installed, click on the gold icon in the navigation bar's top-right corner. A prompt will appear, requesting you to connect your wallet to the game. Afterward, you will be directed to the transactions page.

Convert Gold

In this section, you can choose to convert either ETH or Matic to gold. You can simply change the network that you prefer by clicking on ETH or Matic

The value of gold is pegged to the price of ETH. When the price of ETH increases, the gold price rises as well.

Vice-versa

In this section, you can convert gold back to your crypto wallet. Currently, you can only convert gold to ETH in your wallet. We are actively working on adding support for Matic in the near future

The minimum amount for conversion is 500 gold. You can check the withdrawal fees by visiting the Economy
