Landowners can delegate tasks to other players. For example, if you own a forest but don't have time to cut your trees, you can change the rules of your tile to allow other players to cut your wood.

As a worker, the resources you gather will be shared with the landowner. For example, if you cut down 1 tree or mine 1 rock, you will receive 1 item, and the owner will receive 2 items.
